3D-Printed Precision
Nanocoating Seal System
To ensure longevity and low maintenance, we’ve developed a proprietary anti-fouling nanocoating that bonds at the molecular level to our printed parts. This multi-layer seal combines an epoxy primer, an impermeable nanoceramic barrier, and a biocide-free fouling-release finish. The result is a sub-5 µm shield that repels barnacles, algae, and biofilm for over a year of continuous underwater deployment.
Pressure-Tolerant Engineering
From dry-mate electrical connectors rated to 10 bar, to sealed brushless motors and integrated battery-management systems, every internal subsystem is rigorously tested for operation at 60 m depth. Our pressure chambers and dynamic simulation tools validate performance before any unit ever reaches the water.
